Are you looking for a home large enough for the whole gang.Look no further! This beauty offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths! As you enter the home you will find a spacious living area boasting a cathedral ceiling that opens to the dining space and a large upgraded kitchen. Off the formal dining space is an enclosed porch that opens to a huge deck and a serene backyard. All 5 bedrooms are generously sized. The master bedroom has a luxe master bath and a huge walk in closet. The two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home share a large bedroom, as do the two bedrooms located upstairs. There is a full-size laundry room and a two-car garage with plenty of space for bikes, beach chairs, or whatever your heart desires. Tucked away in Cape Woods you are about a 10-minute drive away from everything the shore has to offer with the luxury of quiet when you want it!! When booking online please let us know if you are bringing a dog. A $150 pet fee will be added onto all reservations with a dog. Please let us know breed and weight of dog when booking.

"Absolutely beautiful and amazing house! Great layout, spacious and comfortable. Lovely location in a quiet neighborhood. Still close enough to get to the beach within 5-10 minutes. Close to the ferry, wineries and brewery. Lots of parking space including a 2- door garage. Screened in porch and backyard are beautifully tended and nice to relax in. Highly recommend this house and would love to book again. "

Perfect change of Scenery

"This house was perfect for our week away with a few family members. The house is big and spread out so plenty of space to hang out together, or to have a quiet place to work. We loved the screened in porch for dinners, and private back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to the Ferry, the bay and the beach. Everything was perfect. My only suggestion is to check the bed listings as there are actually two queens and one double. The listing says two doubles and one queen. We were able to improvise on sheets, but may be an issue for others. And please leave a manual "Sling TV for Dummies, " Figured it out somewhat with Youtube videos, but a bit frustrating. Great week away in a beautiful house. Thanks you so much. We will book again! "
