The farmhouse is ideally located within a mile of West Cape May, 1.5 miles to Cape May City, several wineries, breweries and distilleries. The farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, living room, family room, dining areas and lovely outdoor areas. Plus, lots of great perks: Bocce court, beach box, use of 3 bicycles and an expansive outdoor area that is impossible to find in Cape May. The farmhouse includes: -Three bedrooms, all of which are on the second floor. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by a small hallway which provides parents great privacy after a long day at the beach. -A gourmet kitchen with soapstone countertops, custom cabinetry that was built on-site, a walk-in pantry to store all of your local foods for the week and brand new appliances. -Separate living and family room spaces. Let the kids watch a movie in family room while you hunker down with a good book and a glass of wine in the adjacent living room. -An upstairs laundry area with washer and dryer -A large dining room to host family dinner -A custom made breakfast bar that is part of the extended kitchen.
