This trailer is uninhabitable, seller is in the process of having it removed. You are purchasing a condo campsite B-26. It is very close to the Delaware Bay in the rear part of the Campground. The lot is clear but has a few trees on it and a concrete patio pad. Removal is scheduled sometime in the next couple weeks.
