Brad was born and raised in Cape May where he now resides with his wife, Ashley Gilbert, another Cape May native. They have two young boys, Kane Karter (2yrs old), and Wade William, born just this week on 8/8/22. Brad is excited to be a part of our team and is looking forward to expanding his Real Estate career at Coastline Realty.

Brad’s journey to becoming a real estate professional isn’t your typical one. From spending half a decade in the College world providing entertainment and fun to countless college students, to becoming a director of his hometown Cape May’s Recreation Department, and to now following in his father’s footsteps building and renovating homes in all of Cape May County. Throughout Brads journey, he always looked to provide an “experience” to students and customers, not just a transaction.

Behind all that Brad has done, he is looking to utilize his lifelong passion of being a national recognized cheerleader to the real estate world. Meeting his wife, traveling the country, winning multiple national titles, and teaching the youth of the future this athletic activity helped propel Brad to a life of fast paced, exciting, and fun experiences.
