Ed received his agent license in 2005 and his broker’s license in 2008. Ed is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute; this designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

In addition to his real estate career, Ed has been very active in the community since he and his wife Patti moved to Cape May in 1986. Ed has been a member of the Cape May City Board of Education since 1995 and is a past president of the Board. Ed is a former member of the Historic Preservation Commission here in Cape May. Ed spent 20 years as a member of the Cape May Kiwanis Club as well.

The bulk of his professional career was in sales and marketing in the areas of print and electronic media. Ed was also vice president of a marketing company that helped clients redesign their marketing strategies and collateral materials. With regard to his real estate clients, his professional disposition is simple-learn as much about the client and what they’re looking for so as to insure that their real estate experience will be productive, beneficial and transparent.
