Licensed since 2003, Ed couples his long-time residency in the City of Cape May with his expertise gained in local and state government service to provide clients with a comprehensive, strategic approach to attaining their residential and commercial real estate goals.  Based upon his respected leadership traits as an elected Mayor and Councilman in Cape May for 16.5 years, Ed has clearly demonstrated his love for “The Nation’s Oldest Seashore Resort” and his integral knowledge of all aspects of Cape May’s assets and operations.  With 21 years of active participation on the City’s Planning Board, Ed has been intimately involved in the development and updating of Cape May’s Master Plan, zoning ordinances, and flood mapping and prevention plans.  In fact, Ed is credentialed as a Certified Floodplain Manager on a national basis.  Through his community-based, long-range planning approach, Ed has honed his skills in listening, responding, and meeting the public’s needs and desires.  He will do the same for you in your real estate pursuits.
