Specializing in sales, seasonal and vacation rentals, Holly is your one-stop shop with all things related to Real Estate. In 2021, 2020 and 2018 Holly was an NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence award recipient achieving the Silver level in 2021 and the Bronze level in 2020 and 2018. Holly is a lifetime resident of Cape May County. Holly graduated from Cape May County Technical High school in 2007 where she focused on graphic art and design technologies. She attended Atlantic Cape Community College and earned her Associates degree in Science.

Having been reared in Cape May, Holly has worked at a variety of restaurant and small business establishments including The Raw Bar at the Lobster House and Bella Vida Café in West Cape May, as well as the Carriage Company. Holly’s family’s businesses include Steger Beach Service, Cape May Electric, Cape May Concrete and Masonry, and Cape May Contracting, LLC.  Holly enjoys maintaining a positive, active and healthy lifestyle. In her free time Holly and her husband Steve enjoy the outdoors, water sports and spending time with their beloved black Labrador Retriever, Dora.
