   Margaret Kittner Bethel has been a resident of Cape May for 49 years raising her 3 children with her husband Jay, a native of Cape May City.  A Realtor since 2004 Margaret has helped many people realize their dream of “A Home at the Shore”.  Achieving the Circle of Excellence Sales Award 5 times, Margaret works hard to ensure the process of buying your new home or selling your house is as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the first look to the closing table Margaret will guide you through the process.

   A strong believer in giving back to the community she lives in Margaret has served on the Cape May County Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors for many years.  She also serves on the Scholarship Committee, Grievance Committee and is a Mediator for the CMC Association of Realtors. When not working, Margaret enjoys kayaking the local waters, gardening and playing with her 2 dogs Rusty & Joey who were both rescue dogs in need of a loving home.
