The first hallway bedroom features a queen size bed and private closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, make up area, television, seating area, dresser and two closets. There is a shared hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination, handicapped bars if needed. The back of the home offers another living space with a queen size pull-out sofa bed, washer and dryer, television and additional seating for the kitchen. The backyard features an outside shower, gas grill and seating for four people. The yard is fenced in. This home includes one bike for guest use, four beach chairs, one beach umbrella and beach toys.
