Features include an open plan layout, gourmet kitchen, and 4 workspaces for those who need to work. As you approach this home, you are welcomed by a paver walkway leading past the landscaped front lawn to a covered front porch with armchairs in which to relax. Upon your entrance into the foyer of this home, your attention is drawn to the bright and airy living room/family room and double staircase to the second floor. The first floor also includes a large gourmet kitchen with a large island, a first-floor bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, a powder room, and a bar area. Inside dining accommodates all 12 guests. Step out onto the first floor screened-in porch to view the private, fenced in, and landscaped backyard. Just off the back porch is the brand-new Weber grill with table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. The furnished back porch provides comfortable dining for 8 people. Three well-appointed bedrooms are located on the second floor along with two full baths. There is a second family room/loft area at the top of the staircase to the second floor which has a full Murphy bed as well as a workstation for guests. THE OWNERS GRACIOUSLY INCLUDE BLANKETS AND PILLOWS FOR YOUR STAY. Guests bring their own sheets and towels. Owners also provide 6 beach chairs.for your use. Just move in and enjoy the fact that you are only one block or two from the best pizza restaurant and best deli in town. Remember that the beach is a 5-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk. The Cape May town center with all the wonderful shops and restaurants is also a 15-minute walk.
