Charming 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach cottage is one of only five homes located on the dead end of Shore Drive - a very quiet and private section of the Townbank Bayfront! Enjoy unobstructed views of the Delaware Bay and fabulous sunsets on the observation deck. Youll love morning walks with your best friend on the serene and beautiful dog friendly beach. Savor your morning coffee on the patio where you can gaze at the bird and butterfly gardens. From the observation deck you can view boaters, dolphins and other marine life. The Delaware Bay has a very healthy eco system for nature lovers to observe. At night the skies come alive with stunning sunsets. Star gazing is not to be missed! A propane grill is available for your use as well as furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation. The yard is fully fenced in. Off street parking for three cars. The Master bedroom has a new king size bed and sliding doors that open onto a deck with a view of the bay and sunset! The second bedroom offers a single bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (bottom bed is full size). Pillow protectors and mattress protectors are on the beds and pillows. Laundered linens provided. $200.00 fee if tenant would like to use the hot tub during their stay.
