This 1 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment sleeps 4 people and is located on the Harbor were you watch the boats go by and hear the seagulls sing. Dont forget your buddy, this property is pet friendly for smaller dogs. Youll be HOOKED once you stay here! Enter into your own private entrance and up the stairs is where you ll be greeted into an entry foyer. Straight ahead is your open living/kitchen space with dining for four at a high top table over looking the harbor. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a stall shower and a large bedroom with two queen beds on the street side of the apartment. Sliders open to your own private deck with gas grill, table seating with umbrella and lounge chairs. Homeowner also leaves 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas for you to use during your stay. This property is rented through Coastline Realty in Cape May. A $75 Cleaning Fee will be added to all reservations. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog as there s an extra $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation after you reserve your stay. There is also a $425 refundable security deposit for each reservation that will be due.
