Welcome to Cape May! Four Bedroom, two Bathroom Townhouse 1 block to the Washington Street Mall, 4 blocks to Cape May beaches! Wake up and take a quick stroll to local cafe s for your morning coffee or spend the day shopping at nearby boutique stores. This townhouse offers parking for two cars and two front balconys to enjoy the fresh air. There are 4 queen beds, two twin sized beds, and a full sofa sleeper in the love seat. Bedroom - Queen Bed - 1st Floor Bedroom - Queen Bed - 1st Floor Bedroom - Queen, Two Twins - 3rd Floor Master Bedroom - Queen Bed - 3rd Floor Living/Kitchen is on the Second Floor The first level bedrooms now have ductless air conditioning units. The homeowner leaves 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas and a few beach toys for guests to use. A few special notes: The living room TV has cable. The two TV s in the bedrooms offer Roku which is a streaming service. There is parking for two cars, one in-front of the garage the other location in the gravel to the right. This property is rented through Coastline Realty in Cape May. There is a $600 Refundable Security Deposit, $50 Processing Fee and a $300 Cleaning Fee. If you are renting for 2-3 nights the cleaning fee can be reduced to $200.

Clean unit with some privacy

"We just enjoyed a week in this wonderful condo, which is tucked off the Main Street so is peaceful but near everything! We enjoyed all 3 balconies as well as the patio area with the grill. There is a wall of bamboo lining the long driveway, as well as many trees, so there are lovely natural backdrops out the windows. It is 4 blocks to the beach where a reserved beach box holds 5 (not 6) beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a boogie board and some toys. It is just one block from the mall where many shops and restaurants are located, but still quiet in and around the unit. The one main con is that there is no bathroom on the main floor for common space, but we knew that ahead of time and it was not a big deal. The lower level bedrooms are nice, and not just for a basement type level. Spacious family room , long dining table, and adequate/dated kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious. Master bath has a jetted tub that we did not use."

A Tucked Away Gem

"My friends and I love this condo! We have stayed here twice in the past 1 1/2 years. When we first stayed here, the condo was in pristine condition! We were so delighted on our second go around to not only find the condo being maintained, but improved upon. The condo is just as described; it is tucked off the main street but ever so slightly, which makes parking so easy. You basically just park the car and walk everywhere (the supermarket is basically across the street, and the Washington Mall is all of a 2 minute walk). There are other rentals surrounding you, but it's almost like a little niche. The main living room is open concept and can accommodate large groups (our first go around, we had 7 adults, and this latest go around 6 adults). There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a half bath when you first walk in, then upstairs to the main living area, and then up to the 3rd floor with a master bedroom with an en suite and another bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is also a full size bathroom upstairs. There is no bathroom on the main living floor. We love this property a lot and plan to keep on renting it for our future Cape May visits. It's truly a tucked away gem!"

Amazing stay at this spacious, comfortable home!

"The location was absolutely perfect in close proximity to restaurants and stores and the beach. We were able to make multiple trips back and forth in a day for meals and kids nap times because it was so close. The house itself is very comfortable, better than pictures in my opinion. The two bedrooms downstairs look recently redone and felt very “beachy”. The upstairs bedrooms were a bit older but still clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We didn’t use the grill but it looked nice. The only downside that I can see is that the two full bathrooms were upstairs. The bottom floor with two of the bedrooms was only a half bath. A slight inconvenience for a nearly perfect place. I also will ALWAYS rent through Ed Mahaney with Coastline Realty for future trips to CM. He was responsive to my calls and emails and clearly has excellent rapport with the owners. "
