"This house is so amazing. Fully equipped with everything and is decorated so nicely. The only concern is that it doesn't appear to have air-conditioning. I really feel this is a must. My group generally rents this location in October and we have found that the air is very stagnant. We opened the windows and that was somewhat an improvement. Great location and although I have not met the owners personally based upon my experience they are very good business persons. Right on top of anything that needs to be handled. I would highly recommend this house. "

"Had a lovely stay here. We joked that the house was almost too big because it took so long to get to the kitchen for more wine refills- but really the space and decor was really nice. Decor is beachy; but classy! The yard and porch was also nice too- would love to visit in the summer to use it more! "

The location is excellent with walking distance to the Washington Street Mall & restaurants. If you are looking for a great place to eat its a 2min. walk to Panico's . Excellent food. This house was amazing!

"This house was amazing! From the decor to the open floor plan on the main level this exceeded our expectations. It is situated in a great area and is walking distance to the shops in Cape May, but with little kids we just drove there and paid to park for a decent price. There was a front yard area to play sports with the kids and a side area with a large table and chairs. The inside has two bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs with two of them having two beds.Coastline Reality made it easy to check in and check out of the house and were very prompt with responding to any of my questions though-out the reservation process as well as when we were staying. Thank you! "

"So thrilled we booked this property for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located not far from the beach and shopping. Thank you to the owners for all the thought in the little details - our daughter loved the toys and books that we could share - that were such nice surprises!"

" We stayed here so we could attend our sons graduation from basic training from the Coast Guard. Cape May the end of March is not warm and quite a few things are not open yet in town. The home was very warm/welcoming and location was perfect for us - they had the fireplace ready for us to light a cozy fire our first night which was really appreciated. Literally right across the street is this fantastic little restaurant (very tasty food) that was able to accommodate us meat lovers as well as our vegetarian and our gluten free person - that was sure lucky (and they had lattes)! The home has two bedrooms on the main floor and two more located upstairs. The living spaces are open and inviting. Working with Coastal Realty to rent the home was a fairly simple process. The house is nice, it has modern amenities but retains it's historic charm. Warning - you do have to rent your linen separately - this is apparently "normal" on the East Coast but threw us for a loop - to be fair the Linen Ladies were great, we changed our order and had it delivered directly to the house and they kept up with us as we made our changes. This is a good house located near town and restaurants/beach is within walking distance. "

This house was gorgeous and in such great shape.

"This house was gorgeous and in such great shape. The rooms were clean and central area was perfect for my little group of friends. The only minor problem is we rented the house the weekend of a cold front in November, but Bob was willing to come out if we couldn’t fix the heat ourselves but with his help we were able to get the heat to work. Bob even offered to let us check out late due to an unforseen power outage. It was such a perfect house I definitely think my friends and i will be staying again."
