Spacious and newly remodeled home with 8 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms and water views. This home sleeps up to 25 guests and boasts a large enclosed front porch, deck, stunning décor and best of all just a short 2 block to the beautiful beaches of Cape May. You will be walking distance to everything town has to offer at this location. Completely remodeled, beautiful finishes, amazing magazine quality bathrooms and kitchen. 2 Outdoor Showers, 2 Full Size Refrigerators & 2 Dishwashers! New for 2023 was an inground pool! Don't miss out on this amazing property close to the beach with a pool. Inquire to make sure the pool is open during your stay. For Season 2024 the pool will be open May 14th through October 20th. Other amenities include: Beach Chairs, Pac and Play, 2 Drip Coffee Makers and 1 Keurig, Blow Dryers, First Floor Sound System. $1250 Security Deposit will be added to all reservations. Short Term Rentals less then a 7 nights will also require a $450 Cleaning Fee PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING HOLIDAYS AS WE HAVE A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. Owner provides quilts and pillows. Tenants must bring or rent their own sheets and towels. The pool can be heated to 83 for an additional $250.

"Even in the off season we were able enjoy the porch and the whole house !! The house has everything you can think of to really feel like you’re away at the beach and it’s so cozy. The location is so close to the beach and even has ocean views from one of the bedrooms!!! We could walk to congress hall and anywhere we needed too! Couldn’t have been better. "

"This was our second time renting this home. We returned because of the location, size, cleanliness, amenities, and friendliness of the owners. We were again delighted with our stay. Everything has been kept fresh and updated. The home is welcoming and spacious. The attention to detail is impeccable. It is truly the ideal home for a large gathering of friends and family. "Wow! Online pictires do not do the Seahouse justice. The Seahouse is your quintessential Cape May charmer with all the modern amenities. The decor and finishing touches are top notch. I reserved the Seahouse for immediate and extended family members traveling to Cape May for my sister’s wedding in Sept. Check in was easy and the house was spotless and well stocked for large groups. I loved the fact we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of keys and only needed a key code to get in and out. I come from a family of coffee drinkers so we especially loved having two coffee pots and a Keurig at our disposal. There was no shortage of indoor and outdoor deck space for everyone to spread out. The kids loved having a game room with a TV and a ping pong table. Ami at Coastline promptly answered all my initial inquiries regarding the property and was very helpful throughout the whole reservation process. My only regret is that we were not able to stay and enjoy this beautiful property for an entire week. If our travels ever take us back to Cape May, we will most certainly be staying at the Seahouse. "
