Enjoy relaxation at it s best! This property is right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants your heart desires. Offering 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom this condo sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen & Single Bed in the bedroom and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the shared covered front porch which overlooks Beach Avenue, The Promenade and the Beach! The owners of 2F will not be providing any bedding or linens.The tenant will be responsible for all pillows, blankets and linens during your stay. The Baronet is installing a new elevator 10/2021 to 5/2022. With the unpredictability of the current construction environment, it cannot guaranteed that the elevator company will meet their deadline. Tenant agrees and understands that the elevator may not be available for use during their stay and may need to use the stairs.

Loved Every Minute!

"This is a great location, very close to the beach! It is located on the second floor which keeps noise to a minimum. There is an elevator and carts for easy move in and move out. Just remember to bring quarters for laundry! Also, the front porch faces the ocean and is a great spot for morning coffee or a drink after sunset. "
