Exceptional location with extra easy access to the beach located a few yards away. Extremely convenient amenities and great views of the ocean. Enjoy the dolphins and beautiful sunsets daily. The second floor offers a deck with ocean view off the living room and the first floor offers a screened in patio area. 101 Coral is your home away from home and the homeowner offers amenities such as 8 beach chairs, 8 beach tags, two beach umbrellas, a beach cart, two boogie boards and some beach toys. Off street parking for up to three cars in the drive way but plenty of street parking. The sleeping arrangement is as follows: First Floor Bedroom with Queen Bed with attached bathroom. First Floor Bedroom with two twin beds. First Floor Bedroom/Sitting Room with a Queen Sofa Bed. These last two bedrooms share a hallway bathroom.
