This modern and expanded three-bedroom, two bath Village Greene twin boasts a spacious second-floor bedroom and deck and is located on one of nicest, widest tree lined blocks. The first floor has new bamboo wood flooring throughout, master bedroom with updated private bath and stack laundry, large guest bedroom with pocket doors, full bath with tiled shower. An open concept, updated kitchen with center island is setup for entertaining and includes a dining area with built-in cabinets and a slider to the dining deck, bright living room with gas fireplace has an additional slider to an expanded patio area for your outdoor enjoyment. The backyard has beautiful vinyl fencing and a wide access gate and mature trees. The owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella for tenants. This homeowner does not provide blankets at the property but the pillows will have vinyl pillow protectors on them. Guests must bring their own blankets, sheets and towels.

Home away from home !

"We stayed at Via Napoli for 1 week and let me just say that the house and amenities were awesome ! We had an opportunity to meet the owner Ciro and he couldn’t have been nicer ! I highly recommend ! We were able to bring the dogs and the yard was fenced in (which is a rare find). The space was large enough and quite comfortable and clean ! Our agent Ami Menz was also wonderful and attentive ! Can’t go wrong with this one ! "
