Each reservation will also have a refundable $1000 Security Deposit added on to your lease agreement. Dogs under 30lbs are welcome at this property for an additional fee of $150 per dog with a maximum of two dogs.For any dogs over 30lbs please inquire for Owner permission. Coastline Realty LLC also offers optional vacation insurance (Vacation Standard Protector) which will also be an option on your reservation when a lease agreement is sent over. Each reservation is also subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Tenants must bring their own bath towels and sheets. Owner provides pillows, duvets, bed covers, bath mats, and kitchen towels.
