Rebecca graduated from Lower Cape May Regional High School and studied Communications at Atlantic Cape Community College. She began her full-time real estate career in 2015 as a Real Estate Agent and Marketing Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Realtors in Stone Harbor. Her background in marketing and sales, combined with extensive knowledge of the local market, allows her to expertly assist buyers, sellers, investors, and renters alike.
Her dedication to outstanding customer service has earned her recognition through the NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, receiving the Bronze Award in 2020 and the Silver Award in 2021.
Rebecca's connection to Cape May runs deep. As the daughter of Harry “Bud” Sundstrom, owner of the longtime family business, Sundstrom Plumbing & Heating, she understands the importance of community, relationships, and local traditions. Her familiarity with Cape May makes her an invaluable resource for anyone considering a move to the area.
Outside of real estate, Rebecca enjoys performing as an actress on stage and in film and serves as a tour guide at the historic Physick Estate for Cape May MAC. Her love of Cape May's history and culture shines through in everything she does.
Rebecca was proposed to at the Cape May Lighthouse and married at one of Cape May's oldest churches. In January 2026, Rebecca and her husband welcomed their first child, Aurora May, whose middle name was inspired by Rebecca's love for Cape May and the community she proudly calls home.
Rebecca also works alongside her sister at times, Sarah Ashley Smith, and together they proudly continue the legacy of the Sundstrom Team.
