Steve was born in Northern New Jersey and has lived all around the state, settling in Cape May County in 2020.   

A highly successful coach and administrator at Holy Spirit High School in Absecon, Steve is excited to bring his winning ways to the world of real estate and the Coastline Realty team.  As the head baseball coach at Holy Spirit, Steve has led the Spartans to two state championships (in 2015 and 2021) in his tenure, while the other athletic programs he oversees have had similar success on and off the field.
