Spend your mornings on the beach, bike into town for lunch, browse the shops along Washington Street Mall, or end the day on the front porch with a cocktail as the refreshing sea breeze rolls in. The Space: One feature that truly sets Happy Days apart is its spacious floor plan. At approximately 100 square feet larger than many comparable Cape May quad homes, the extra living space, combined with soaring vaulted ceilings, creates an open, airy atmosphere that makes the home feel noticeably more comfortable.

The bright, open living area is designed for gathering after a day at the beach, whether you're watching a movie, playing games around the coffee table, or simply enjoying time together.

Two wall-mounted Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows and movies. New ceiling fans and recessed LED lighting. New premium bedding with plush mattress toppers. New full-size refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, plus a new dishwasher. New cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and kitchen utensils

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features beautiful marble countertops and backsplash, along with everything you'll need to prepare breakfast before the beach or enjoy dinner at home, including: Dining table with seating for six. Gas stove and oven. Full-size refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. Dishwasher, Microwave, Air fryer/toaster oven, Keurig® single-serve brewer and Nespresso Vertuo, Cocktail bar essentials, Cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware

Additional conveniences include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer - everything you need to settle in and feel at home.

Primary Bedroom - King bed w/private half bathroom & wall-mounted smart TV. Second Bedroom: Two double beds

Living Room; Queen sleeper sofa

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Accommodations for as many as eight guests may be considered with prior owner approval using the queen sleeper sofa.

Bathrooms: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Private half bathroom connected to the primary bedroom

The front porch will quickly become your favorite spot. Completely renovated with comfortable new furniture and coastal-inspired finishes, it's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, gather for cocktails after the beach, or simply slow down, relax, listen to the ocean waves, and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

To give guests flexibility, linens are available as an optional add-on for $150 per stay. Sheets and pillowcases for every bed. One of each of the following per guest: Bath towel, Hand towel, Washcloth, Makeup cloth, Beach towel, Robe

If your group would like additional towels or linens beyond those included above, we're happy to arrange them with advance notice for an additional charge. Please note: If you choose to use the provided beach towels, we kindly ask that they be washed, dried, folded, and returned to their designated location prior to checkout, as our laundry service does not process colored towels. Guests are also welcome to bring their own linens if preferred.

Cleaning: Our standard cleaning fee is $150 and covers professional cleaning following normal use of the home, provided guests complete the checkout instructions and leave the home in good condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply if checkout instructions are not followed or if excessive cleaning is required.
