We love love loved the condo! It was cared for with love. It was received clean, orderly, stocked with the little extras. The mattress covers, pillows and cookware added to the feeling of home and comfort. The one block walk to the beach made it perfect for us. I would ask that room darkening curtains be considered other than that this was a 10/10 and puts a smile on my face! I really didn’t want to share this and just keep this diamond to myself : )

My daughter & I found this condo to be perfect for us. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, pool, & close proximity to beach which are our major requirements. We found the beach access at the end of New Jersey Ave. to be especially nice for those with a beach wagon or cart - no steps to maneuver plus the added bonus of restrooms & outdoor shower area. We appreciated the quality of the cookware in the condo as we cook most of our meals. We could have used a few bowls & a colander. The mattresses and pillows were of high quality & comfortable which was another plus. Only suggestions would be black-out curtains or blinds for both windows. There is a lot of light that enters from both ends of unit even with shades pulled down. It would also be nice to have a small set of chairs and a small table for the area by the front door. We would have sat out there for all of our meals. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. Would definitely come back!

i rented this condo out over the winter season and it was beautiful. the view from our bed to the beach was amazing u could see the sunset everytime. a short minute walk to the beach i could only imagine summer here! condo owners are AMAZING people as well!

Condo is in the most convenient location, 1./2 block walk to the beach, beautifully redone inside. I love the interior colors. Very clean and well maintained…. Thank you, our family loves it and we will be back!
