Welcome to The Great Tew at Cape Roc, Unit 123. This first floor condominium unit is conveniently only 1 block from Cape Mays beautiful beaches and has a shared heated inground pool.
This completely renovated unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. In the only bedroom is a queen bed in addition to a double bed. In the living space is a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa. The updated full sized bathroom has a shower / tub combo. In both the living room and bedroom are flat screen televisions with expanded cable packages.
For the chef in the family the full sized kitchen has an electric stove, full sized refrigerator, and microwave; along with cooking utensils & pots and pans. There are also multiple BBQ gas grills that are shared with other units at Cape Roc, along with a shared outside dining patio for tenants to use.
4 Cape May City beach tags, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs are available for tenants to use with care and please leave as found for the next tenants arrival.. There is on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Any additional cars can park overnight in the non-metered street parking spots.
Tenants to bring all blankets, sheets, bath towels, and linens as they are not provided. Beds and pillows at property are covered with protective covers. Cape Rocs heated inground pool is typically opened Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekends and this units rental pricing reflects that availability.

The Great Tew -Crisp Clean Beachy Theme
The Great Tew #123 located at the Cape Roc Condos was a perfect setting to get you in the mood for a fun beach vacation. The minute we opened the door we were very happy with our decision. Everything was bright, clean and met our needs for our week stay. We like to have our breakfast at the condo and then head right to the beach for the day which is just around the corner to Beach #2! We also love the patio to have a cookout with other family's who also stay at the condo and the pool is so relaxing after a day at the beach. The only hindrance in this condo was the air conditioner can be a bit loud when on. But if you had a fun filled day you could sleep through the sound. This is our 3rd year at Cape May and 2nd time at the Cape Roc Condo. We would definitely rebook this condo and go through Coastline Realty as they are professional, very nice and attentive to meet all your needs on your vacation. Thank you to The Great Tew owner and the Realty team especially Cody Menz!!
