Bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds. #2 bedroom has a Queen size bed. #3 Bedroom is the Master with en suite (double shower and jacuzzi bath) has a King bed. There is a hallway bath and a laundry closet on this level also. 159 is close to the beach 5 minutes in any direction. A bike ride away from Beach Plum Farm and Willow Creek Winery. The location is centrally located to Cape May and Cape May Point State Park and a short distance from the Washington Street Mall. PROPERTY INCLUDES PILLOWS, SHEETS, TOWELS AND BED COVERS, MATTRESS COVERS... ALL TOWELS SHOULD BE WASHED AND FOLDED FOR THE NEXT TENANTS... SOILED SHEETS TO BE LEFT ON BEDROOM FLOOR.... Pool problems
House was lovely and comfortable. Above ground pool was a major problem with our rental- we arrived on Saturday and my 3 young grandchildren swam for 3 hours. We got up on Sunday morning and discovered that the water level in the pool was low. I immediately called the owner and they came over to examine the pool. Very poor communication with the owners- they did not inform us of progress with repairing the pool throughout our stay. We were without a pool for the entire trip Again w no apology or explanation from the owners. As the pool level got lower everyday- we could see that the liner was faded and very old. On the day of check out The owners waited in their car until we left- again never communicating with us. After checkout - The owners had the pool liner repaired- stating there were 14 holes in the liner. My grandchildren are young kids and swam for 3 hours) - there is no way they could have caused this amount of damage. End of story- the owners kept my deposit- never offered a partial refund of our stay because of no swimming pool being available for 6 days. ( a swimming pool was 1 of the main reasons we rented this particular home) And no apology. Definitely do not rent this home- pool is old and owners are just not kind considerate people.

We regret the disappointment this caused, as a working pool is a key amenity and also the communication issues from the owner's end to explain how and when the pool repairs were going to take place. Our office and agents involved did everything within our ability to advocate on your behalf and also relay what information we were provided by the owner. As the booking agency (Coastline Realty), our role is to facilitate the reservation. Maintenance, repair scheduling, and decisions regarding the security deposit and refunds are determined solely by the property owner, per the terms of the rental agreement.
