Description
316 Brainard Avenue is just a short two blocks to the beach. Enter through the screened front porch. There's a first floor master bedroom with full bath and your main living space on the first floor. The washer and dryer are also on the first level. Outside you'll find a screened in the patio area with dining table and chairs. Upstairs has the additional three bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner will be supplying pillows, blankets, duvets, and bathmats. tenants are to bring their own linens and towels for their stay. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach equipment, no need to bring those.
There is one parking space in the driveway and street parking available. 316 Brainard is .01 mile to Brainard Avenue Beach, .7 mile walk to the Light House and 2.7 miles to the center of Cape May's Washington Street Mall restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC Extra fees include $500 Security Deposit, $300 Out Cleaning, $65 Processing Fee and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.

Escape to Peace and Tranquility
I grew up going to Cape May Point with my family every summer. My Mom's parents had a small cottage right on Pearl Ave just around the corner from this rental. It is just one block away from a beautiful beach. My two grandchildren loved the house, were so excited about the bunk beds, etc. My daughter and sisters loved all the rooms, with their own thermostat and bathroom. It was beautiful and kid-friendly with tons of games and puzzles. Lots of books. Central vacuum and ceiling fans in each room. Everyone loved this place. I have been renting in Cape May for last 15 years and this is a TOP choice. Loved it.
