Highly recommend this spot. The view of the sunsets cannot be beat and the path to the beach is just a few steps away. It was just my husband and I and we stayed on the second floor and that was well equipped. We brought our own linens but they had all that there. Not sure if that is a regular thing so check before you go. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped…better equipped than most rentals we stayed at in the past. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a few friends stop by on Christmas Eve and 5 people had plenty of room to spread out. the neighborhood seemed to be about 50-60 percent occupied and it was super quiet which is how we like it. Dogs loved the walks on the beach. I noticed there are not many people who let their dogs off leash so if you have a dog that doesn’t enjoy meeting other dogs this seems like a good spot. Oh, and it was super clean and very well cared for!
